Patrick Miller

Patrick Miller is the Founding Attorney of Impact Advocates, a law firm focusing on international commercial dispute resolution through arbitration, mediation and litigation. He’s worked extensively in the US, Europe and Asia, having spent nearly a decade in SE Asia handling international commercial matters. He also advises companies on their obligations vis-à-vis global business & human rights regulations and assists companies to implement responsible supply chain frameworks in compliance with the same. He is a strong advocate for social impact businesses and passionate about assisting these companies when they encounter commercial disputes. He is involved in the business & human rights legal community and works with the ABA Business Law Section Working Group that developed a comprehensive set of contractual provisions to address potential human rights violations in international supply chains (the MCCs 2.0).
